ROOM BOOKING RULES

• Visitors are requested they must deposite money in advance for occupency charges (Room-Rent)
• Advance money for booking are not refundable at any case. Advance money will be adjust next visit within three (3) months with prior intimation.
• Outside visitors are not be allowed directly to enter any room without prior permission of the management.
• Extra guest will be charged @Rs.25/- per day for minor guest or Rs.50/- per day for adult guest. Minor guest will be below 12 years of age and adult guest will be above 12 years of age.
• Caution money of Rs 100/- per room must be deposite at the time of booking of room in advance which will be refundable at the time of departure.
• For any loss, breakage & damage of any articles supplied are chargeable. The cost of article will be charged at the rate of present valuation of the market.
• Extension may be allowed as per availability of room & be informed & paid before 4 hours of checking our period.
• Management will not liable for any type of sudden machinary and electrical difficulties (General breakdown and electrical faults). General service will run during loadsheding period.
• Check out time 9.30 a.m , Check in time 10.30 am.
• Management reserves all rights of reservation and cancellation without showing any reason.
• Main gate will be closed at 11 P.M
• During Loadsheding period AC will not be run.
• Maingate remain open at 5 AM.
